Franco Albini
Franco Albini, born October 17, 1905 in Robbiate, near Milan and died November 1, 1977, is an Italian neo-rationalist architect and designer. In 1950 he designed his famous Margeritta and Gala rattan armchairs. In 1952, he created the Fiorenza armchair for the Artflex company; in 1955, the Luisa armchair for which he was awarded the golden compass; in 1956, the Rocking chair for Poggi.
